Privacy policy

This policy explains how the Esnad platform collects, uses and protects personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations. The platform is operated by the iSolution agency on behalf of its founder, and can be reached at info@akamco.sa.
This is a translation of the Arabic version. In case of any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
1. The principle: the minimum
Reading the platform and downloading files require no account, no email address and no cookie consent. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not show advertising, and we do not sell or rent data.

3. Who we share data with
- Brevo (email provider): the email address and subscription source only, to send the messages you agreed to receive.
- Supabase (database and files) and Vercel (hosting): data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt) under data processing agreements, and is accessed only by the platform team.
No personal data is transferred to any other party except under a law or a court order.
4. Retention
Your email address is kept while you are subscribed, and deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing or requesting deletion. Download records and statistics are kept in an aggregated form that does not identify anyone after 12 months.
5. Your rights
At any time you may learn what we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw your consent, and unsubscribe from a link at the bottom of every message. Send your request to info@akamco.sa and we will reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) as the competent authority.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is restricted by permissions, administrative passwords are hashed, and keys are never written into the code. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority within the statutory periods.
7. Minors and external links
The platform is intended for professionals, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Links to external sources (official bodies, YouTube) are subject to those sites’ policies; YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the service changes, and record the date of the last update at the top. Material changes are announced on the platform.
